A massive Bitcoin transfer worth over $816 million has caught the attention of the crypto world. Blockchain tracking service Whale Alert reported that an anonymous whale moved 7,499 BTC—valued at $816,524,780—into a new, unidentified wallet. What makes the transaction even more intriguing is that the sending wallet had been inactive for two years.

According to Lookonchain, the wallet is reportedly tied to Jump Crypto, a major player in the Web3 infrastructure and crypto investment space. The news has stirred speculation across X (formerly Twitter), with users reacting emotionally and theorizing whether the transfer could signal an over-the-counter (OTC) deal or institutional repositioning. Comments ranged from “Whale on the move!” to “Holy mother of transactions.”

The timing of this transaction aligns with bullish market sentiment. Bitcoin has surged 3.5% in the last 24 hours, nearing the $110,000 mark and trading at around $109,360. This price rally adds weight to market optimism, with prominent Bitcoin advocate Samson Mow rejecting bearish forecasts. Referencing Willy Woo’s recession outlook, Mow tweeted, “This time is different™,” emphasizing his belief that Bitcoin is on a unique trajectory. He continues to support projections from figures like Michael Saylor, who predict BTC could reach $21 million in valuation in the next two decades.

This high-profile Bitcoin movement and its association with a top-tier crypto entity like Jump Crypto highlight growing institutional activity and renewed confidence in Bitcoin’s long-term potential. As whales move, the market watches closely.
